Michelle Marsh has played an integral role in taking First Class Vending to where it is today. Her dedicated leadership has allowed the company to continue to pursue its goals and keep true to its values. As president, she cares about her employees and her employees’ families. She isn’t afraid to tackle any issue – from employee retention to product availability. She feels very strongly that all the employees in the company, from warehouse to management, are an integral part of the team. She has a unique perspective that she brings to the company when it comes to contracts, hiring and best practices. She provides encouragement, passion and kind-heartedness. Prior to becoming president of First Class, Marsh worked as an advocate in the field of domestic violence. She is passionate about helping others to become the best version of themselves. Through community partnerships, First Class has been able to provide opportunities to men and women re-entering the workforce. Marsh believes that happy employees are the heart of a successful business. She helps empower employees to be stronger and achieve their dreams, no matter their past, and she gives back to the community through volunteer work, donations and events.

Matthew Marsh founded First Class Vending, Inc in March 1994 after graduating from college.

First Class Vending has warehouses located in Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix, and five SoCal areas. First Class Vending provides Coffee, micro market and vending services throughout Southern California and Nevada and Arizona. Through hard work and dedication Matthew and Michelle have grown First Class Vending, Inc. from a one route company to over 100 routes with over 300 employees.

First Class Vending, Inc. has received N.A.M.A.’s “Golden Coin Operator of the Year” award. This is one of the most prestigious awards in the Vending Industry worldwide. Matthew has also received the Automatic Merchandiser Readers’ Choice -Vending Operator of the Year.

Matthew’s leadership skills have grown this company into a multi -million dollar leader in the vending industry with many of California’s and Southern Nevada’s top companies listed as major clients.

Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft has represented District A since Jan 9, 2019. He is a member of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Board of Directors. Michael has worked and consulted for numerous local, state and federal officials and advised several national and local nonprofit organizations. He attended the Las Vegas Academy of Performing and Visual Arts and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Michael lives in Henderson with his wife, Dr. Lauren Naft, and their daughter.
