Irena’s Children by Tilar Mazzeo
Explore the extraordinary story of the woman who saved 2,500 children from the Warsaw Ghetto, and has been named as one of the Righteous Among the Nations. Health permitting, we will be joined by two child Holocaust survivors: Ray Fiol, who was hidden by the Cailac Family, and Rena Finder, who was saved by Oskar Schindler (Schindler’s List).

Health permitting, we will be joined by Holocaust survivor, author, Academy Award winner, and recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Gerda Weissman Klein. Share in the unforgettable story of her six-year ordeal as a victim of Nazi cruelty and her liberation by American troops, including the man who later became her husband.

Survivor Café by Elizabeth Rosner
Author Elizabeth Rosner, a noted authority in transference of trauma as well as the child of a Holocaust survivor, will discuss the deep complexities of inherited grief. This book was a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award.
